In a continued effort to promote holistic health and empower women leaders, the PHDCCI SHE Forum, in association with the Punjab State Chapter of PHDCCI and in collaboration with Amway India, organized the second session of the Empowering Mind Series titled ‘From Awareness to Action: Stepping into a Healthier Future’ in Ludhiana.

The session aimed to narrow the gap between awareness and real-world action by sharing expert insights and encouraging actionable strategies focused on mental, physical, and emotional well-being in both personal and professional life.
Delivering the welcome address, CA Vishal Garg, Co-Convener of the Ludhiana Zone, Punjab State Chapter, PHDCCI, applauded the consistent and impactful initiatives taken by the SHE Forum to uplift women through curated knowledge sessions.
Ms. Alka Gurnani, Chair, PHDCCI SHE Forum Haryana & National Manager – Public Affairs, Amway India Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., emphasized that wellness is a multi-dimensional journey that goes far beyond diet and fitness. She highlighted the importance of preventive care, nutrition, and self-care for sustaining long-term wellness.
Ms. Bharti Sood, Regional Director, PHDCCI, gave an overview of PHDCCI’s illustrious 120-year legacy. She shared the vision behind launching the SHE Forum, which is committed to empowering women entrepreneurs, professionals, and aspiring youth by providing mentorship, leadership development, and business opportunities. She also announced the official launch of the SHE Forum in Ludhiana, encouraging regional women to actively engage with the platform.
The event was graced by Padma Shri Mrs. Rajni Bector, Founder of Cremica Group, who delivered a powerful address as Guest of Honor. Drawing from her entrepreneurial journey, she spoke on the importance of balancing business success with health and wellness, and urged women to support one another while fearlessly pursuing their goals.
Another Guest of Honor, Mrs. Inderjit Kaur, Hon’ble Mayor of Ludhiana, commended the initiative for its focus on women’s empowerment and well-being. She expressed confidence in the SHE Forum’s ability to spark transformative change and reaffirmed the administration’s support for such community-building efforts.
The highlight of the day was a panel discussion on ‘Hustle with Health: A Wellness Blueprint for Women Entrepreneurs’, moderated by Ms. Alka Gurnani. The panel featured:

The discussion addressed the intersection of entrepreneurship and wellness, offering actionable insights for women managing both professional ambitions and personal health.
The event saw the presence of dignitaries and guests including Mrs. Rashi Aggarwal, Mr. Ambar Bandopadhyay, and Mrs. Roohi Gupta, along with a diverse audience of women entrepreneurs, business leaders, and professionals from across Punjab.
