CM participates in the ‘Sarkar Gone’s Dwarf’ program in Baga-Sarhan

Shimla: Chief Minister Thakur Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu participated in the ‘Sarkar Gone Bawar’ program held on Tuesday evening at Baga Sarahan, a remote village of Annie area. Addressing the gathering, the Chief Minister said that the purpose of such programs is to reach the rural people and solve their problems near their homes which are to save their time and money.

We have taken a decision that ‘Sarkar Gone dwarf programs will be organized in remote areas across the state and each minister will organize such programs in his respective constituencies, especially in villages. The purpose behind this is to ensure the welfare of the people on a large scale, they commented.

Giving details, the Chief Minister said that during such programs, he created a point to stay overnight in remote villages. The first ‘Sarkar Gone Ke Buwa’ program was held in a remote Dodra cover of District Shimla, followed by another remote village of Shimla. A similar program was held in Sharchi in Kullu district, which enabled them to better understand the problems of the day -day -day problems by the local people. He said that people living in remote areas were especially benefiting from this initiative of the government.

He urged the youth to take full advantage of self-employment opportunities provided by the government and stay away from social evils like drug addiction.

Artists of the Department of Information and Public Relations presented cultural programs to spread awareness about government schemes and developmental activities. Baga Sarahan and Sara’s women’s groups honored the Chief Minister and also gave cultural demonstrations.

The Chief Minister also paid obedient to the local deity and prayed for the peace and prosperity of the people of the state.

MLA’s Sundar Singh Thakur and Bhubaneswar Gaur, Mayor Surinder Chauhan, Chairman APMC Ram Singh Mian, Chairman District Council Pankaj Parmar, local leaders and a large number of villagers were present on the occasion among other dignity.
