Tynor’s HIL Program sets a new leadership benchmark by awarding 15 top-performing professionals with new cars, ESOPs, and executive perks in Mohali.

Mohali, July 9, 2025 — In a groundbreaking move, Tynor, a multinational company based in Mohali, recognized 15 high-impact professional leaders as part of its visionary High Impact Leadership (HIL) Program. The recognition event was held at Tynor’s newly inaugurated Artech Textiles campus, launched recently by Punjab’s Industries Minister Tarunpreet Singh Sondh.
The initiative, unprecedented in the Tricity and Punjab region, marks a significant step in organizational innovation and leadership development. Each of the 15 selected leaders was awarded a brand-new car, symbolizing not only recognition but also deep organizational trust and commitment.
Alongside the cars, these high-performing leaders were granted Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs), international leisure travel opportunities, executive privileges, and numerous other benefits. This is part of Tynor’s sustainable strategy to invest in top talent and foster future-ready leadership.
Dr. P.J. Singh, Chairman and MD of Tynor, emphasized that the HIL program is more than a reward mechanism — it’s a transformational engine aimed at sustainable growth. He said, “These leaders embody Tynor’s DNA and are set to carry forward our legacy with strength, dedication, and innovation. I believe more people will join the HIL program and emerge as tomorrow’s leaders.”
The HIL initiative, powered by Cognos, a tech-driven people consulting firm, was designed to nurture in-house talent through structured evaluations — including cognitive tests, psychometric analysis, leadership simulations, and talent panels. Out of 50 top performers identified, 15 were honored under the HIL program.

A.J. Singh, Executive Director, stated, “At Tynor, we don’t just see our people as employees; they are the driving force behind our global ambition. Investing in our internal talent is the most powerful way to accelerate growth.”
Abhaynoor Singh, Director of Strategy, added, “The HIL program is not just a talent initiative but a strategic vehicle for transformation. We aim to empower next-gen decision-makers who convert strategy into action and vision into reality.”

Jaspreet Singh, DGM of Supply Chain and college panel member, remarked, “This marks a major step in building a leadership culture that is future-ready and perfectly aligned with our long-term vision.”
The HIL program redefines employee recognition, focusing on long-term development, accountability, and visionary leadership — setting new benchmarks in corporate culture and performance in India’s growing business ecosystem.
