Hartek Foundation and Narayan Seva Sansthan Empower 50 Differently-Abled with Prosthetic Limbs

In a mission to build an inclusive society, the two organisations come together to restore mobility and dignity to 50 individuals with physical disabilities.

Mohali:
In a commendable step toward building an inclusive society, Hartek Foundation has joined hands with Narayan Seva Sansthan (NSS) to provide prosthetic limbs to 50 differently-abled individuals. This partnership reflects a strong commitment to supporting and empowering persons with physical disabilities by restoring mobility, dignity, and self-reliance.

Palak Agarwal, Director of Narayan Seva Sansthan, met Harkirat Kaur, CEO of Hartek Foundation, in Mohali, where they discussed NSS’s humanitarian achievements and wide-ranging efforts across India. For the past 40 years, NSS has been delivering impactful services such as free corrective surgeries, distribution of prosthetic limbs, assistive devices, and skill development training, benefitting lakhs of individuals.

Inspired by NSS’s tireless work, Hartek Foundation pledged to support the provision of prosthetic limbs for 50 individuals, helping them regain physical movement and live a life of independence and dignity.

Speaking on the occasion, Harkirat Kaur said,

“This initiative is a significant step toward driving meaningful social change. NSS is not just supporting the differently-abled but also working to uplift those often left behind by society.”

Expressing her gratitude, Palak Agarwal said,

“This partnership is more than just assistance — it’s a collective resolve to strengthen the lives of people whom society has overlooked. Together, we are restoring hope and self-confidence among the differently-abled.”

This collaboration between Hartek Foundation and Narayan Seva Sansthan serves as a powerful example of how shared purpose and empathy can transform lives and lead the way toward a more inclusive India.
