Scheduled from 30th August to 5th September 2025, the festival will be hosted at The Illusion, the hotel’s fine dining restaurant, and will be open for both lunch (12 noon – 3 pm) and dinner (7 pm – 11 pm).
The specially curated À La Carte menu is set to showcase a wide array of delicacies from across India’s culinary traditions. Guests can savour melt-in-the-mouth classics such as Mutton Burra Kebab, Awadhi Galouti Kebab, and Peshawari Chapli Kebab, along with vegetarian delights like Rajmah ke Galouti Kebab and Corn Seekh Kebab. For those seeking a regal spread, the Shahi Kebab Platter with Ulta Tawa Paratha promises a complete royal experience.
