Food lovers in the Tricity are in for a treat as Velvet Clarks Exotica Zirakpur announces “The Grand Kebab”, a week-long food festival dedicated to India’s most iconic kebabs. Scheduled from 30th August to 5th September 2025, the festival will be hosted at The Illusion, the hotel’s fine dining restaurant, and will be open for both lunch (12 noon – 3 pm) and dinner (7 pm – 11 pm).
The specially curated À La Carte menu is set to showcase a wide array of delicacies from across India’s culinary traditions. Guests can savour melt-in-the-mouth classics such as Mutton Burra Kebab, Awadhi Galouti Kebab, and Peshawari Chapli Kebab, along with vegetarian delights like Rajmah ke Galouti Kebab and Corn Seekh Kebab. For those seeking a regal spread, the Shahi Kebab Platter with Ulta Tawa Paratha promises a complete royal experience.
