Launches Robotic Arthroplasty Centre of Excellence to expand advanced orthopedic care in North India
Karnal: Park Hospital, Karnal, a part of North India’s largest super-specialty hospital network, has announced the successful completion of more than 600 robotic joint resurfacing surgeries. The milestone was shared on Saturday during a press conference held at the hospital.

The hospital also unveiled its state-of-the-art Robotic Arthroplasty Centre of Excellence, aimed at providing precision-driven orthopedic care to patients from across the region. Leading this initiative is Dr. Bhanu Pratap Singh Saluja, Director of Orthopedics and Robotic Joint Replacement Surgery, who brings over 20 years of experience and has performed more than 25,000 successful joint replacement surgeries to date.
As part of the hospital’s Park Mahotsav celebrations, Dr. Saluja announced that advanced robotic surgery technology would be offered free of cost until October 31, ensuring accessibility to patients from all socio-economic backgrounds.
Consultant Orthopedics Dr. Sharad Chaudhary emphasized that Park Hospital is the only facility in the region equipped with Robo Suit, Robo Eye, and Robotic Arm technology, which ensures unparalleled accuracy, efficiency, and improved patient outcomes.
Dr. Sachin Sood, CEO of Park Hospitals, highlighted that patients from neighboring cities including Panipat, Kaithal, Jind, Kurukshetra, Shahabad, Shamli, Baghpat, and Assandh are increasingly opting for robotic knee replacement at Park Hospital, Karnal.
