The skit was performed by active club members – Angad, Mansi, Alishia, Parvi, Naisha, Danish, Kartikeya, Rishit, and Rahul. Through a blend of humor, emotions, and impactful dialogues, the students portrayed real-life challenges faced by youth, such as academic pressure, peer competition, and excessive use of social media. They also suggested practical solutions including effective time management, adopting healthy lifestyle habits, and seeking timely guidance from mentors and peers.

The audience, comprising students and faculty, applauded the performance enthusiastically. The skit not only entertained but also delivered a powerful message — that stress can be effectively managed with the right attitude, positivity, and a supportive environment. The performers also encouraged students to seek help without hesitation and shared details of the TeleMANAS toll-free helpline and app for mental health support.

On the occasion, Principal Prof. Nisha Aggarwal emphasized the importance of such initiatives and praised the Anti-Stress Club for sensitizing students about mental health. Vice Principal Prof. Poonam Aggarwal further guided students on recognizing common symptoms of mental health concerns such as persistent sadness, anxiety, loss of interest, and isolation, urging them to seek timely help.
