Chandigarh Congress President Harmohinder Singh Lucky congratulates Vinu Chauhan and urges him to work for the welfare of citizens with dedication.

The Chandigarh Territorial Congress Committee has appointed Vinu Chauhan as the new Chairman of the Public Utility Cell (Janopayogi Prakoshth). The announcement was made by Chandigarh Congress President Harmohinder Singh Lucky, who personally handed over the appointment letter to Chauhan.
Congratulating him on the occasion, Harmohinder Singh Lucky expressed hope that Vinu Chauhan would begin working with full dedication for the welfare of city residents. He also encouraged Chauhan to actively connect with public groups and help spread the principles and policies of the Indian National Congress.
In his response, Vinu Chauhan thanked the Congress leadership for entrusting him with this responsibility. He stated,
“I will carry out this role with complete sincerity and commitment. I am determined to bring the ideology and policies of the Congress Party to every citizen.”
