Airtel Xtelify

Designed to handle 1.4 billion transactions per minute for Airtel’s internal needs, Airtel Cloud is now being made available to businesses across India to meet their growing digital demands. Hosted on next-generation sustainable data centers, the platform offers AI-based provisioning and is managed by a team of over 300 certified cloud experts. It supports services across IaaS (Infrastructure-as-a-Service), PaaS (Platform-as-a-Service), and advanced connectivity, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable cloud capabilities.

The Airtel Cloud provides benefits such as secure data migration, cost efficiency, scalability, and freedom from vendor lock-in, making it a flexible and future-ready choice for Indian enterprises.

Xtelify also unveiled an AI-powered software platform designed for telecom operators worldwide. The platform aims to simplify operational complexity, improve customer experience, reduce churn, and increase Average Revenue Per User (ARPU). It includes a unified data engine for AI-driven insights, a workforce platform to streamline operations in real-time, and an experience platform to manage every stage of the customer journey.

Commenting on the launch, Gopal Vittal, Vice Chairman and MD of Bharti Airtel, said,

“This is a landmark moment in Airtel’s journey. We’re proud to bring our world-class, indigenous cloud and software platforms to Indian businesses and global telecom operators. We’re also excited to announce our initial partnerships with Singtel, Globe Telecom, and Airtel Africa.”

These advancements are expected to significantly boost India’s enterprise ecosystem while strengthening Airtel’s global digital footprint.
