The five-bedroom show home showcases global design standards and redefines premium residential luxury in the Tricity region.
New Chandigarh: GB Realty has unveiled an ultra-luxury show home for its upcoming residential project Opus One, setting a new benchmark for premium living in the region. The five-bedroom sample apartment, spread across 6,000 square feet, was launched during a press conference attended by senior company officials and members of the media.
GB Realty Founder and Chairman Gurinder Bhatti, along with Vice President Jatinder Bajwa, presented the key highlights of the show home. Following the briefing, media representatives were given an exclusive walkthrough of the apartment.
Speaking on the occasion, Bhatti said the interiors of Opus One have been designed by Hirsch Bedner Associates (HBA), a globally renowned firm known for designing some of the world’s most prestigious hospitality spaces. He noted that this project marks HBA’s first-ever residential interior design assignment in India.
“The design language clearly reflects HBA’s signature style,” Bhatti said. “When our customers stay at a seven-star international hotel, we want them to feel that their Opus One home offers an even better living experience.”
Vice President Jatinder Bajwa highlighted the premium materials used throughout the show home. These include customized Italian marble flooring, laminated wooden floors, premium vitrified tiles, onyx-finished kitchen surfaces, anti-skid tiles in wet areas, and teak wood veneer flush doors.
The entrance showcases the project’s dual-lift structure, forming a grand private foyer. Each apartment will feature two dedicated private elevators. Moreover, the project follows a dual-core concept, with only two apartments on each floor.
Floor-to-ceiling glass windows allow ample natural light, creating an open and airy atmosphere. In addition, motorized curtain systems and an impressive 11.5-foot floor-to-ceiling height enhance the sense of space and luxury.
The five-bedroom layout balances elegance with functionality. Two bedrooms measure 14 x 20 feet, while three measure 16 x 12 feet. All rooms include walk-in wardrobes and attached bathrooms. The master suite offers dual vanity, a separate shower area, and a spa-style soaking tub.
Bajwa also emphasized sustainability. Opus One is New Chandigarh’s first IGBC Platinum-rated residential project, featuring a five-star energy rating and low-carbon design.
A standout feature is the expansive 1,150-square-foot balcony, designed to function as an extension of the living area. The apartment can comfortably host 50 to 60 guests.
Opus One will be New Chandigarh’s tallest residential development. Its 11 towers are scheduled for completion by December 2029, reshaping the Tricity skyline with a new symbol of luxury living.
