BJP Chandigarh Launches ‘Seva Sankalp Abhiyan’ to Mark PM Modi’s 25 Years of Public Service

The month-long campaign kicks off on September 17 to celebrate the Prime Minister’s birthday. It features widespread public service initiatives, including blood donation camps and free legal aid centers.

BJP Chandigarh will launch a month-long campaign starting September 17. The Seva Sankalp Abhiyan celebrates Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s birthday. Furthermore, it honors his 25 years of continuous public service. State President Jatinder Malhotra announced these plans during a press conference today.

Seva Sankalp Abhiyan

“The 25 years of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji’s public life symbolise an unparalleled journey of service, good governance, dedication and public welfare,” Malhotra stated. Therefore, the party will organize various community events. They will follow the core principle of ‘Jan Seva Hi Prabhu Seva’.

Key Community Initiatives of the Seva Sankalp Abhiyan

Activities kick off on ‘Seva Diwas’ with city-wide blood donation camps. Meanwhile, citizens will light diyas at homes to express gratitude. In addition, painting competitions and street plays will engage local youth. These events will highlight the broader vision for national development.

Furthermore, the campaign focuses on direct citizen support. Local leaders will honor Anganwadi and ASHA workers. Consequently, mothers and children will receive important information regarding healthcare and nutrition. Likewise, workers will share real-life stories of government scheme beneficiaries on social media.

Additionally, the campaign will feature a massive walking yatra. This ‘Seva Jyoti Kalash Yatra’ will connect different neighborhoods effectively.

Besides community outreach, the party introduced two major support services today. Specifically, the Medical Cell launched the ‘Ayushman Mitra’ helpline. Citizens can call 7341113573 for assistance. As a result, people facing issues with the Ayushman Bharat scheme can now easily get help.

Similarly, the Legal Cell started the ‘Nyaya Paramarsh Kendra’ at the BJP Sector 33 office. This center will provide free legal assistance every Friday. Ultimately, this initiative empowers locals by spreading awareness about their legal rights. Moreover, special service camps will offer direct access to welfare schemes.

The grand campaign officially concludes on October 17. Overall, local leaders aim to transform this event into a massive public movement. Malhotra urged all workers to unite society to achieve the ‘Viksit Bharat 2047’ vision.
