Hundreds of local residents availed direct benefits of various central and local government welfare schemes at a special outreach camp held in Dhanas.
Chandigarh BJP recently organised a mega Seva Setu Camp in Dhanas as part of the ongoing Seva Sankalp Abhiyan. This special campaign marks Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s remarkable completion of 25 years in public service. Therefore, the primary objective of the camp was to ensure that crucial government welfare schemes directly reach underprivileged citizens at the grassroots level.
Since early morning, a large number of local residents gathered at the venue. Hundreds of people successfully registered for public welfare schemes and received immediate assistance to resolve pending administrative issues. Furthermore, the camp provided a wide range of essential services under one roof. Attendees easily accessed support for ration cards, labour cards, and various social welfare pensions.
Camp coordinators Shivinder Mandhotra and Sonia Duggal noted that multiple outreach camps are planned across the city throughout the month. Consequently, these initiatives uphold the core party spirit of public service and doorstep empowerment. “We want to ensure that every eligible citizen receives their rightful benefits without facing bureaucratic hurdles,” they stated.
Meanwhile, BJP Chandigarh State President Jatinder Pal Malhotra visited the camp to review arrangements and interact directly with beneficiaries. He praised party workers for their dedication to community welfare. “Inspired by 25 years of visionary leadership, our workers remain fully committed to grassroots development and public service,” Malhotra emphasized during his address.
