At just 23, Agaman’s MrProptech sets a new benchmark with ₹30 Cr+ sales in Mohali, transforming property buying through technology
Chandigarh, August 8:
At just 23 years old, Chandigarh’s young tech entrepreneur Agaman Bhatia is reshaping the future of real estate transactions with his AI-based startup MrProptech, the world’s first SaaS-based real estate marketplace.

In July 2025 alone, MrProptech registered property sales worth over ₹30 crore, primarily in Mohali, setting a new benchmark in the digital property selling space. Most of the transactions were from residential projects, highlighting a shift in how modern buyers are engaging with real estate platforms.
Agaman, a postgraduate in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from Plaksha University, conceptualized and developed this innovative platform with a vision to bring efficiency, transparency, and trust into the property ecosystem.
According to K.S. Bhatia, CEO of MrProptech, only 30% of users negotiated prices, which reflects strong confidence in the platform’s transparent pricing structure. “What’s even more impressive is that this growth has been achieved with zero marketing spend, proving the organic strength and credibility of our model,” he said.
MrProptech currently manages an inventory worth over ₹3,000 crore, with plans to scale to ₹5,000 crore in listed inventory soon. The company has set a sales target of ₹75 crore for August, and aims to cross ₹7,000 crore in inventory across major and emerging markets by the end of the month.
As India’s real estate sector undergoes digital transformation, Agaman Bhatia’s MrProptech stands out as a game-changing innovation, led by next-gen AI technology and customer trust — redefining how properties are bought and sold in the digital age.
